StonkFun Create opens a coin on StonkFun, the launchpad that pairs new coins with tokenized stocks, pre-IPO shares, crypto or SOL. The launch runs on Raydium LaunchLab and StonkFun lists it on its own site. You describe the coin, pick a pair asset and a mode, and sign one transaction in your own wallet.

• You are choosing between a plain coin and one whose every transfer pays a tax to holders.

• A connected wallet (how to connect) or a key entered through Local Signer. It pays the platform fee, the rent for the new accounts and the priority fee, and the page keeps 0.01 SOL of headroom on top. On a SOL pair your creator buy comes out of the same balance.
• On any other pair the creator buy is paid in that asset, so the wallet has to hold enough of it. The page reads that balance before Launch opens.
• A logo in PNG, JPG, GIF or WEBP, up to 5 MB. It has to open as a real image: an SVG or a renamed text file is refused.
• A final name and symbol. The metadata cannot be changed after the create.

How to use it

1. Describe the coin

   Connect a wallet in the top bar. Enter the Token name and the Symbol and upload the Token logo. A Description and Social links (website, X, Telegram) are optional.

2. Pick the pair and the mode

   Under Pair asset, tap a logo in the strip or open the full list, where you can filter by Stocks, Pre-IPO, Crypto and Currencies or search by ticker, name or address. Then pick Standard for no tax, or Reward with a 1% or 3% transfer tax.

3. Sign and go live

   Turn on Creator buy and enter an amount if you want the first bag, then choose a Token address (CA) option and a Speed. Check the Cost breakdown, press Launch and approve in your wallet. The coin shows on StonkFun within a minute or two.

Key settings

• Token name: Required. Up to 32 characters, and the field stops taking input at 32 bytes, because on-chain metadata counts bytes. An accented letter such as é or ş takes 2 bytes and an emoji takes 4.
• Symbol: Required, 1 to 10 letters and digits. Other characters are dropped and letters are uppercased as you type. StonkFun shows it as $SYMBOL.
• Description: Optional, up to 500 characters, stored in the metadata.
• Token logo: Required. A PNG, JPG, GIF or WEBP up to 5 MB that the browser can draw. The preview appears once the file passes that check.
• Social links: Optional website, X and Telegram. Each one is a full https:// link: X on x.com or twitter.com, Telegram on t.me, with the account after the host. A link that does not fit turns red and holds the button, with an example of the right form. Nothing is rewritten for you.
• Pair asset: What the coin trades against, from StonkFun’s own list of stocks, pre-IPO shares, crypto, currencies and SOL. SOL is selected when the page opens. In the full list, pair assets your wallet already holds come first.
• Mode: Standard has no tax, and StonkFun forwards your creator share itself. Reward adds a Token-2022 transfer tax on every transfer of the coin, for as long as it exists, and StonkFun pays it out to holders. Transfer tax offers only the rates StonkFun publishes (1% or 3%). Each mode shows what a 100-token transfer leaves the receiver and the holders.
• Creator buy: Off by default, with an empty amount, so the page never buys from a prefilled figure. Turned on, it needs an amount in the pair asset, and switching to another pair empties it. Under the field you see about how many tokens you get and what share of supply that is.
• Token address (CA): Random address is free and created when you sign. Ready custom address reserves a pre-ground address ending in STNK and holds it for you until you sign; Another address swaps it, and the card reads Out of stock when the pool is empty. Grind an address searches for your own prefix and suffix in your browser (base58 letters, up to 7 in total), with a Case sensitive switch and a CPU cores setting. Each extra letter makes the search about 58 times slower. Both custom options add 0.1 SOL.
• Speed: The priority fee per compute unit: Normal, Fast (the default), Turbo, or Custom with a SOL amount. With a creator buy the presets come to about 0.00026, 0.0013 and 0.0052 SOL. Without one they are about 0.00016, 0.0008 and 0.0032 SOL.
• Platform tabs and Tool switch: The tabs at the top move between StonkFun, Bonk.fun and LaunchLab, and Single wallet / Bundle opens the bundle version of the same launchpad. Each one is its own page.

Caution

About fees. Every action has two costs: the Solana network fee paid to validators, and the J Tools platform fee. The platform fee always shows in the app before you confirm, and nothing is charged until you sign. Fees can change over time, so trust the in-app summary rather than a number you saw once.

The 0.05–0.15 SOL range is the J Tools fee alone: 0.05 SOL on every launch, plus 0.1 SOL when you take a ready or ground address. It is a visible SOL transfer inside the create transaction you sign, and J Tools takes no share of your buy.

Total from your wallet adds the lines up. Once the form is complete, the page simulates the create with your own inputs and shows what your wallet will actually lose; until that answers, the figures carry ≈. On a pair other than SOL the total reads as the pair amount plus the SOL. After the launch, the success window reads the real outflow from the confirmed transaction. How it works

• One transaction. The create, your optional creator buy and the platform fee travel together, built in your browser and signed once. All of it lands or none of it does.
• The shape StonkFun expects. StonkFun records a launch only when it matches its own pricing: a Token-2022 coin with 1 billion supply, 793.1 million of it on the curve, and the raise StonkFun quotes for the pair. The tool reads that quote before it builds anything. SPL vs Token-2022 explains what the token standard changes.
• Checked before your wallet sees it. The page simulates the transaction first. Your wallet signs, then the new mint’s key signs, and the page sends it and waits. The process window moves through Preparing the launch, Waiting for your wallet, Sending to the chain and Waiting for confirmation.
• A tight floor on your buy. Nobody can trade ahead of your buy, so its quote is exact. The buy allows only a 1% rounding margin, counted on what reaches you after any Reward tax.
• Graduation. When the curve has collected the raise, the coin moves into a Raydium CPMM pool and trades there.
• Listing. StonkFun checks new pools every minute and adds the ones launched under its platform. The success window links to the coin with Open on StonkFun, next to the address, your total buy and the share of supply you hold.

Practical tips

• Decide on Reward before you launch. The tax rides every transfer for as long as the coin exists, and a Reward coin pays no creator fee because the tax goes to holders. On Standard, StonkFun sends your creator share to your wallet itself.
• Check the pair asset before you size the buy. A pair asset that runs a transfer hook cannot take a creator buy here, though you can still create the coin without one. Some pair assets, pre-IPO stocks among them, charge a transfer fee of their own, and the page prices your buy with the fee in force this epoch.
• A SOL creator buy needs the SOL pair. On a stock pair the creator buy is paid in that stock token. Get some first, or launch without a buy.
• Tune speed to the moment. Turbo earns its fee in a busy launch window. On a quiet network Normal lands and costs less.

Check Total from your wallet in the Cost breakdown. Once the ≈ mark is gone, it is what your wallet will lose. The app is the current source of truth for amount, fee and route.

Common issues

• StonkFun pricing is not available for this pair. The page could not read StonkFun’s quote for that asset. Pick another pair or wait a minute.
• The StonkFun asset list could not be loaded. Press Try again. When StonkFun is slow to answer, the page falls back to the last list it read.
• Add a name, a symbol and a logo. One of the three is missing, or the name or symbol is empty after trimming.
• That image will not work. The logo is not a PNG, JPG, GIF or WEBP the browser can draw. Pick another file.
• The file is too big. The logo is over 5 MB. Compress it and upload again.
• Enter the full address starting with https://. A social link is a handle or lacks https://. Paste the full link, like the example under the field.
• Enter the amount for the creator buy, or turn the buy off. Creator buy is on with no amount.
• This buy is too small to get any tokens after the curve fee. Raise the creator buy.
• These buys would take the whole curve. A buy that large would complete the curve inside the create. Lower it.
• The pair asset runs a transfer hook, so a creator buy is not possible with it. Turn the creator buy off or pick another pair.
• Not enough in your wallet. The window shows your balance, what the launch needs and how much is missing. Top up or lower the creator buy.
• Your wallet does not hold enough of the pair asset for the creator buy. The page reads the balance again every 15 seconds while it is short, so Launch reopens after a top-up.
• Pick or finish the token address first. A ready address is still being reserved, or a grind is still running.
• Too many logo uploads. One connection can upload 100 logos a day, with a per-minute limit as well. The window says which limit you hit.
• A launch is already running. One launch runs at a time in your browser, across tabs. Wait for it to finish.
• Launch not confirmed yet. Your wallet signed and the launch went out, but the page could not confirm it. Open Check the transaction before you launch again, or you could pay twice.
• The launch reached the chain and the program refused it. Only the network fee left your wallet.
• You rejected the signature in your wallet. Nothing was sent.

Note

About wallet warnings. Some tools bundle several instructions into one transaction, for example creating a token and its metadata together. Phantom can show a caution banner for these transactions, and where the tool tells you to expect one, it does not mean something is wrong. Read what you are signing, then approve if it matches what you set up. If a warning appears that the tool did not mention, decline it and tell support.
