# Boost and market

Tools that put activity on the chart: more holders and more trades for your token. Holder Booster is live today. The market bots below are on the way and marked **Soon**.

[**Explore the tools in the app →**](https://j.tools/en/tools)

{% hint style="warning" %}
Market-activity tools change what other traders see. Use them honestly, inside the rules of J Tools and every venue you touch (Pump.fun, Raydium, the DEXs). Do not use them to fake volume you would not stand behind, to mislead buyers, or to break a platform's terms. You are responsible for how you use them.
{% endhint %}

## Pick the right tool

Not sure where to start? [Which Boost tool should I use](/concepts/which-boost-tool.md) walks you through the choice in one quick decision. The short version is in the table below.

| ------------------------------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| [Holder Booster](/tools/boost/holder-booster.md) | Spreads real micro-buys across many wallets to grow your holder count | Paid | Adding genuine on-chain holders before you market a token |
| [Volume Bot](/tools/boost/volume-bot.md) | Automated buy and sell cycles that keep a token's volume moving | Soon | Steady volume on a token that already trades on a DEX |
| [Maker Bot](/tools/boost/maker-bot.md) | Generates maker activity across many wallets | Soon | Showing a deep, active order book rather than raw volume |
| [Pump Volume](/tools/boost/pump-volume.md)       | Volume cycles tuned for Pump.fun bonding-curve tokens                 | Soon | Keeping volume on a Pump.fun token before it graduates    |
| [Pump Comment](/tools/boost/pump-comment.md) | Posts comments on a Pump.fun token from several wallets | Soon | Filling a Pump.fun page with chatter, not trades |

Exact fees are on the [Fee schedule](/reference/fee-schedule.md).

## What is live, what is coming

Only one tool in this category is ready to run right now.

| Tool                                             | Status | What it does                                                                                                                           |
| ------------------------------------------------ | ------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| [Holder Booster](/tools/boost/holder-booster.md) | Live | Splits a small budget into many tiny real buys, each from a fresh wallet, so your holder count goes up with genuine on-chain accounts. |
| [Volume Bot](/tools/boost/volume-bot.md) | Soon | Runs scheduled buy and sell cycles across wallets to keep volume on the chart. |
| [Maker Bot](/tools/boost/maker-bot.md)           | Soon   | Creates maker-side trades from a pool of wallets.                                                                                      |
| [Pump Volume](/tools/boost/pump-volume.md) | Soon | The same idea as Volume Bot, shaped for Pump.fun bonding-curve tokens before they graduate. |
| [Pump Comment](/tools/boost/pump-comment.md)     | Soon   | Posts comments on a Pump.fun token's page from multiple wallets.                                                                       |

Want to start now? **Holder Booster** is the one that works today. Everything else opens once the bot backend is live, and the docs above fill in at the same time.

## How holder growth actually works here

Holder Booster does not mint fake numbers. It spends a budget you set on many small, genuine buys, each from its own wallet, so the on-chain holder list grows with real accounts and real transactions.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### You set the budget and target

Pick the token and how much SOL to spend. The buys are split into tiny micro-amounts, so the same budget reaches more wallets.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Wallets are funded and buy

Each generated wallet gets just enough SOL to make its buy and cover the network fee. When a wallet has no SOL of its own, your connected wallet sponsors the gas and rent so the buy still goes through.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Your holder count grows

Every successful buy is a new on-chain holder. The work runs on the J Tools worker, and signing stays on your side through your wallet.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

For the full walkthrough, see [Holder Booster](/tools/boost/holder-booster.md).

## Fees

Each tool charges a platform fee on top of the Solana network fee. The exact amount shows on the tool's fee card before you confirm, and admins can adjust it, so always read the in-app summary rather than a fixed number.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**About fees.** Every action has two costs: the Solana **network fee** paid to validators, and the **J Tools platform fee**. The platform fee always shows in the app before you confirm, and nothing is charged until you sign. Fees can change over time, so trust the in-app summary rather than a number you saw once.
{% endhint %}

See the full breakdown on the [Fee schedule](/reference/fee-schedule.md).

## FAQ

<details>

<summary>Does Holder Booster make real holders or fake ones?</summary>

Real ones. It places genuine on-chain micro-buys from separate wallets. Each buy is a real on-chain transaction from its own wallet, and every one adds a real holder.

</details>

<details>

<summary>When will the other tools open?</summary>

They unlock as the bot backend goes live. Until then they are marked **Soon**, and their pages stay as short stubs. Holder Booster is the only one ready today.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is using market-activity tools allowed?</summary>

Within reason, and within the rules. These tools exist for real promotion and on-chain visibility. They are not a license to deceive buyers or break a venue's terms. Read the warning at the top of this page before you run anything.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Does J Tools hold my keys to run these?</summary>

No. Signing happens in your browser through your wallet adapter. The worker handles scheduling and broadcasting, but it never sees a private key.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.j.tools/tools/boost.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
